Lyla is the second house in the Maisons Vaudésir collection and is being prepared with the same care as Rose. Booking is not open yet—we will announce dates here as opening approaches.

Lyla is designed for two. There is one bedroom upstairs with a 160 × 200 Kipli bed and no additional sleeping space, so the maximum party size is two guests.

Yes. Lyla is entirely private and independent: the whole house, its own entrance, and its own walled patio, with only one guest party at a time.

Yes, a completely private walled patio with a small cowboy pool for warm days, a bistro table with two chairs and a rocking lounge chair. It belongs to the house alone. The Serein and its walking paths are a few steps away, just across the quay.

Yes. The ground floor kitchen has a Moccamaster filter coffee machine, a Sage CombiWave 3-in-1 oven, microwave and air fryer, a fridge, wine glasses and everything you need to cook, whether you are staying a weekend or a month.

A Samsung Frame TV in the living area, an Audio-Technica Bluetooth record player upstairs, and a projector with a large pull-down screen at the foot of the bed. Roll the screen away and the original stone wall is behind it.

Getting in and out is easy and keyless with our smart lock. Your personal code is sent before arrival, so you can come and go on your own schedule.

Free street parking is available just a few steps from the house.

Yes, cleaning is included in your stay at no additional charge. The beds are made ready for your arrival and bath towels are provided. We simply ask that you leave the house in a respectful condition.

A baby kit with a travel cot, high chair and baby bath is available on request. Please let us know before your arrival so we can prepare it.

Unfortunately not. The bedroom is upstairs and reached by a staircase, and some of the doorways are narrow, so Lyla is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Rose may suit you better; do get in touch and we will help.
